Booking Deposits Terms and conditions
To confirm a booking we ask the following
- Outside 90 days a non refundable booking fee of £125.00
- within 90 days 50% of booking total
*includes booking fee - All final Balance is due 7 days before event.
Cancellation policy:
outside 14 days loss of
booking fee.
inside 14 days 50 %
We are always flexible where possible and will offer to rearrange,or offer a credit voucher valid for 12 months for monies paid.
Loss of booking fee £125 for all bookings cancelled This fee will be deducted from any monies paid with the remainder refunded within 30 days.
